REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Specter. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment — no questions asked. This applies to:
- Pro Monthly ($4/mo) — first payment only
- Pro Yearly ($36/yr) — first payment only
- Enterprise Monthly ($29/mo) — first payment only
- Enterprise Yearly ($264/yr) — first payment only
To request a refund, email us at support@specter.email with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
3. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription. Requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Annual Plans — Partial Refunds
For annual plan cancellations after the 7-day window, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription, calculated in full months remaining. To request a prorated refund, contact support@specter.email.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment (for monthly plans, outside of case-by-case review)
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date when the cancellation option was available
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. We will confirm via email once a refund is issued.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. If you also want a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request one.
